DANE YOUNG (@youngtech) is a Citrix Technology Professional (CTP), VMware vExpert, and technology enthusiast. Dane is the Virtualization Practice Manager at Entisys Solutions, Inc. in Northern California specializing in application, desktop, and server virtualization technologies from Citrix, Microsoft and VMware. Dane maintains a virtualization focused blog that can be found at blog.itvce.com. He has obtained a number of technical certifications from Citrix, Microsoft, and VMware. CLÁUDIO RODRIGUES (@crod) is a Citrix Technology Professional (CTP), Microsoft Most Valued Professional (MVP) and a Senior Technical Architect/Consultant based in Ottawa, ON, Canada. He has been deploying server-based computing solutions since the OS/2-based, Citrix WinView days. Thanks to his contributions to the Terminal Services community, he was the first person to ever receive the Microsoft MVP award for Terminal Services. He was the CEO of Terminal-Services.NET, the company that originally developed tools such as WTSGateway Pro and WTSPortal, later acquired by 2X Software Ltd and also the CEO of TSFactory, the first company ever to release an ICA/RDP session recorder for Citrix/TS. His main goal was to bring easy to use, reliable and affordable tools to the server-based computing market. Cláudio has also worked all over the world doing terminal services/Citrix deployments and speaking at many different and interesting places. After leaving 2X in February 2006, he is now working on new and exciting products and ideas for the TS community at WTSLabs Inc. In his spare time he manages to do consulting work, conducting on-site trainings, and speaking at several conferences.

ALEXANDER ERVIK JOHNSEN (@ervik) is a Citrix Technology Professional (CTP), VMware vExpert, blogger, Senior Solution Architect, technology evangelist, author and speaker based in Oslo, Norway. Alexander has worked with Microsoft and Citrix products since 1997 as a system administrator, consultant and senior consultant.
